Please note that shipping costs, or at least the calculation methods (e.g., by weight), should be provided for all countries serviced.

If you only ship to specific countries, you must inform customers of this. Additionally, in WooCommerce settings, you should only select these countries as “Allowed Countries.” You should not use clauses like “Shipping costs to other countries only upon request.”.

Prices, shipping costs, and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value-added tax and other price components.

We only deliver within Germany and Austria.

In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of [6.90 Euros per order] for deliveries within Germany and Austria. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

For payment on delivery, an additional fee of [2 Euro] will be charged by the delivery person on site. [No further taxes or costs will be incurred.]

Digital content (e-books, software, etc.) does not incur shipping costs.

[Note to Retailers: The following clause is necessary if you specify a flat-rate shipping fee. Otherwise, you can remove the clause]

The flat shipping fee is [insert flat shipping fee amount] Euros. The flat shipping fee includes the statutory value-added tax. Since the value-added tax on the flat shipping fee is calculated based on the goods purchased, it can be reduced if goods with lower value-added tax rates are purchased (e.g., when purchasing books). This means that the flat shipping fee can only be definitively calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot become higher, only lower to your advantage.
