Processing of ThermoWhite WD Products on the Construction Site
Process from the raw ceiling to the completion of the floor build-up.
Here, installation is shown using the ThermoWhite® System with MixMobil. Basically, the installation with ThermoWhite® finished products in the 100 and 200 liter bags follows the same procedure.
Insulation as a System – Energy Efficient and Cost Saving
With the ThermoWhite® system, move from time-consuming EPS board cutting to patented, seamless, and time-saving insulation. In terms of processing, the ThermoWhite® system therefore offers an unbeatable combination of quality, service, and efficiency.
Rough-in installation
Completed installation work prior to laying ThermoWhite® thermal and impact sound insulation.

Step 1 - Basic Installation
2. Processing of ThermoWhite® Loose Fill Insulation
After the laying work is completed, the ThermoWhite® loose-fill insulation will be installed. The material will be compacted and screeded to the intended level according to the plan.

Step 2 - Processing
3. ThermoWhite® installed and compacted
During installation, the utility lines are seamlessly encased and insulated by ThermoWhite®. This creates no cold or heat bridges. Finally, the ThermoWhite® insulation fill is compacted and is ready for use within 24 hours.

Step 3 - Ready for Installation
4. Installation of films, panels, and underfloor heating
After the drying time (24 hours), films or panels can be laid on ThermoWhite®. If necessary, the underfloor heating can be installed afterward.

Step 4 - Further Processing
5. Installation of the Screed
The next step is to lay the screed (in this example, flow screed). The screed will be laid to the desired level according to the plan.

Step 5 - Screed
6. Floor Installation as Desired
Finally, the desired flooring is laid and installed on the screed.

Step 5 - Flooring Installation
