With our mobile production facilities, controlled by a PLC machine program, it is possible to deliver consistently high quality.

The production plant initially creates a dry mix. The individual components, Styrofoam granules and ThermoWhite Compound, are dry-mixed before the mixing water is added. This is a prerequisite for certification according to ETA-17/0407, ETA-12/0428, ETA-17/0408, and ETA-19/0772.
